Our Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and ordering at MVP Print. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing your Order
   An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
   
   
2. Shipment Processing Time
   Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
   After your order has been proofed, approved and payment has been authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. We will contact you if there are any foreseeable delays.

   Please note: Some orders are bigger than others and require a lot of Printing Time, Drying Time and Finishing Time. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 to 5 business days, if not sooner. For large orders that have a quantity in the tens of thousands (50,000+) to hundreds of thousands (100,000+) there may be an increase in production time. Your MVP Print Representative will communicate an accurate timeframe for you upon request.

3. Shipment Locations
   MVP Print do no ship internationally at this current time. We ship domestically only (anywhere in Australia)
   
   
4. Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates
   We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you upon request. Delivery times are estimates an commence from the date of shipment, rather than the date of order. Delivery Times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
   For orders being delivered in Metro areas across the country the delivery time is 1-2 business days. For Rural areas the estimated delivery time is 2-4 days. For remote areas the estimated delivery time is 5-10 days. These timeframes are from the postal carriers themselves and are not set by MVP Print.
   
   
5. Shipping / Delivery Costs
   All prices on our website include GST and Delivery to 1 location in Australia. For split deliveries to more than 1 location please contact MVP Print for a multiple address shipping cost quote.

Please Note:

1. Business Day means Monday to Friday, except holidays
2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
3. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
4. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date.
